JUKI DDL-9000C Sewing Machine - Digital Sewing System

Aiming for the next generation of sewing, JUKI DDL-9000C Sewing Machine is a digital sewing system. It digitizes the adjustment of sewing machine operations based on intuition and experience. its digital sewing system consistently reproduces the best fabric sewing for any given situation.

 

The thread tension for different sewing conditions can be set and stored using the operation panel. Combined with thread nipper adjustments based on experience, preparation time during thread changes is reduced.

Even if the left and right thread traces are different for challenging topstitching of certain fabrics, continuous sewing can be achieved by changing the set conditions.

 

Presser foot pressure is controlled digitally. In automatic mode, pressure is automatically adjusted during the sewing process when joints are detected. Even in manual mode, pressure can be set using the manual switch operation.

(1) Effective in cases of uneven stitches or thread bunching

Thread tension, presser foot pressure, stitch pattern, trajectory, and feed dog height can all be continuously adjusted.

(2) Thread-trimming device

The thread is wound under the fabric at the start of sewing, reducing the formation of thread nests on the back of the sewn product. The needle area is more spacious, allowing the use of various needle sizes.

(3) 3mm residual thread length at the end of sewing

A double-driven rotary knife method cuts the thread below the needle when it descends. Even if thread locking occurs, it can be forcefully released using a groove cam mechanism, ensuring stable thread and thread end length.

 

By combining JUKI DDL-9000C Sewing Machine adjustment data with the sewing product, contactless data transfer can be achieved using Android tablets available on the market. This simplifies the uniform setting and confirmation of status for sewing machine assembly lines, making pre-production preparations more convenient. The operation panel is equipped with a standard USB interface, making data management between devices and software upgrades more convenient.

By managing various sewing data, stable quality and shortened pre-production preparation time can be achieved. Digital sewing data can be exported using Android tablets, USB drives, etc.

(1) Manual Buttons

Two manual buttons can be programmed using the operation panel. Equipped with a reverse feed lever as standard, further customization of functions is possible. There are a total of 20 functions available (e.g., half-needle stop, backtacking, reverse stitching), allowing for optimal combinations based on specific sewing processes and providing excellent convenience in operation.

Setting A: Backtacking; Setting B: Customizable (Customer-defined setting) - set various functions as desired.

(2) Switching between High and Low Sections

Automatic switching between high and low sections (in automatic mode) can be achieved, and manual mode (in manual mode) can be switched at any time using the manual switch. Standard sewing and joint sewing can be set for thread tension, presser foot pressure, stitch pattern, trajectory, and feed dog height.

 

The new automatic lifter allows for precise control of the lifter height using a pulse motor, with the lifter being raised from 8.5mm to a maximum of 13.5mm. The lifting sound of the lifter has also become quieter. In addition to manual lifter control, the automatic lifter is compatible with the world's first up-down electronic feeding device, which ensures that the rear feed dog height does not protrude from the needle plate, making fabric handling easier and reducing misalignment.

 

This stitch compensating function allows for adjustments within a stitch length of 1mm. Operators can make fine adjustments using the stitch-compensating screwdriver, further improving sewing quality.

 

The LED light is directed downwards from both sides of the needle bar, making sewing operations more convenient compared to single-direction lighting. Additionally, the brightness can be adjusted in five levels and can be used as an auxiliary light during operation.
